These terms apply to orders placed through this website. Ordering means you accept them.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in EUR for your market and include our postage charge where stated. Prices in currencies other than Australian dollars are converted from our Australian price at a fixed rate we review periodically, so they will not track the daily exchange rate exactly.
We may change prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment clears and we send you a confirmation.
Suitability
The cover fits standard single and double power points up to 12 cm wide by 8 cm high on a flat, dry, solid surface. It is not suitable for double adapters, plug pack chargers, mounting blocks, uneven or brick walls, or outdoor and wet areas, and it is not waterproof. Buyers must determine suitability for their own application before purchase.
Fitting
The product must be fitted as instructed, including allowing the adhesive a minimum of three days to cure before the cover is attached. We are not responsible for a cover that fails because it was fitted otherwise.
Supervision
The Power Point Safety Cover is a safety aid. It is not a substitute for adult supervision of children.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
