Postage

Postage is a flat rate per order, no matter how many covers you buy.

Orders usually leave us within one business day. Delivery times are estimates from the postal services and are not guaranteed, particularly for international orders that pass through customs.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown are in your local currency and include our postage. Any import duty, GST, VAT or customs charge levied by the destination country is the buyer's responsibility and is not collected by us.

Returns

If the cover is not right for your situation, send it back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

We cannot accept a return once the adhesive backing has been peeled, because the tape is single use.

Faulty or damaged

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, including postage.

Check it fits first

The cover suits standard single and double power points up to 12 cm wide by 8 cm high on a flat, dry surface. It is not suitable for double adapters, plug packs, mounting blocks, brick or uneven walls, or outdoor and wet areas. Buyers are responsible for determining suitability before purchase, so please measure first, or ask us.
