Privacy policy

Micky Ha Ha respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We need these to send you the product and a receipt.
- When you contact us: your name, email, phone if you give it, and whatever you write in the message.
- Automatically: your approximate country, so the site can show prices in your currency and quote the right postage.
Card details
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information goes directly to them. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.
What we do with it
We use your information to fulfil your order, answer your enquiry, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes payments.
- Australia Post and its international partners receive the delivery address so the parcel can reach you.
- Our web host stores the site and the email sent from it.
We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, mhh_market, which remembers the country and currency
you chose so you are not asked again. It contains a two letter code and nothing else. There
is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
Keeping it, and getting rid of it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires. Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
