The base
A flat frame that fixes around your power point with two adhesive strips and two screws. Once it is on, it stays on. It does not block the outlet and you can leave it there permanently.
The product
Plug covers block the holes. Micky Ha Ha covers the lot — the sockets, the plugs that are already in them, the cords and the switches — and still lets your appliances run.
The shape is the safety feature
The dome gives just enough room for a standard plug and the bend of its cord. That is the whole design brief, and it is also the reason a bulky plug pack will not go under it.
Clipped on. The cover sits over the whole outlet. The plug stays in the socket and the cord runs out through the slot along the bottom.
Two parts
A flat frame that fixes around your power point with two adhesive strips and two screws. Once it is on, it stays on. It does not block the outlet and you can leave it there permanently.
The clear dome. It clips onto the base with two child-resistant catches and levers off when you squeeze both at once. Clip it on when you need it — when the grandchildren visit, or when the shed gets busy.
In use
Two narrow slots along one edge let appliance cords out. The slots are tight enough to stop the cord being worked backwards and forwards, which is how a plug creeps out of a socket in the first place.

High outlets
On a high outlet the hazard is not the socket, it is the loop of cord hanging down within reach. Rotate the cover so the cord exits from the top and it runs straight up to the unit with nothing dangling.

Be sure before you buy
Not suitable for: double adapters, plug pack chargers, mounting blocks, uneven or brick walls, and outdoor or wet areas. The cover is not waterproof.
Please measure your outlet and decide whether the product suits your situation before ordering.
A damp cloth is all it needs. Do not use solvent-based cleaners, abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals — they will discolour the plastic and damage the surface.
